About the company

Abacus Mining & Exploration Corporation is a Canada-based exploration stage company engaged principally in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada and the United States of America (USA). The Company holds a 20% ownership interest in the Ajax copper-gold porphyry project in British Columbia, with the remaining 80% managed by KGHM Polska MiedZ S.A. The core Ajax copper-gold property comprises eight Crown grants, including the historic Ajax East and West pits. The Ajax project site is located at the southern extremity of the boundaries of the City of Kamloops, British Columbia, and is accessed along an existing haul road from the Afton mill. The Company also owns the Willow Project, which includes the Willow Property and the Nev-Lorraine Property, located approximately 65 kilometers (km) southeast of Reno and 13 km due west of Yerington, Nevada, in the Buckskin Mountain Range. The porphyry deposits are Yerington, Ann Mason, Bear and MacArthur.
