About the company

North Bangkok Power Plant Block 1 Infrastructure Fund, Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (the Fund) is a closed-end infrastructure fund. The Fund is offering its units to public investors. The Fund's objective is to seek funds from investors, to invest in the power plant infrastructure businesses and the rights to availability payment agreement. In addition, the Fund shall invest in other assets, including other investments and/or other securities under the scope of the Securities and Exchange Commission that can generate benefits for the unitholders. The Fund operates in a single business segment, which is investment in the rights to availability payment agreement from power plant infrastructure and the business only operates in Thailand. The Fund is managed by Krungthai Asset Management Public Company Limited.
