Shengli Oil & Gas Pipe Holdings Ltd is a company principally engaged in oil and gas pipe. The Company operates its businesses through two segments. Pipe Business segment mainly engages in the design, manufacturing, anti-corrosion processing, insulation processing and servicing of submerged arc helical welded pipes (SAWH pipes) and submerged arc longitudinal welded pipes (SAWL pipes) that are used to transport crude oil, refined petroleum, natural gas and other related products. Trading Business segment mainly engaged in trade of welded pipes. The Company has taken part in majority of all long-distance oil and gas line pipes in PRC and transnational pipelines projects. The Company provides pipes for pipeline projects in China and overseas, including Shaanxi-Beijing Gas Pipeline, West-East Gas Pipeline, Southwest Oil Pipeline and other projects. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market.
