Hokuto Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the domestic mushroom business, overseas mushroom business, processed products business and chemical products business. It operates through four segments. The Domestic Mushroom segment is engaged in the domestic production and sale of mushroom products, mainly Bunashimeji, Eryngii and Maitake. The Overseas Mushroom segment is engaged in the overseas production and sale of mushroom products, mainly Bunashimeji, Eryngii and Maitake. The Processed Products segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of processed foods using mushrooms, various retort pouch foods such as curry and soup, and sales of supplements. The Chemical Products segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of packaging materials and agricultural supplies.
