The Company has two operating segments, namely Prime Properties Investment and Build-to-sell. It focuses on developing, owning and managing mixed-use real estate in Asian gateway cities, featuring Grade A office, luxury retail, residential, and hospitality products. Its mixed-use real estate footprint spans approximately 830,000 square meters (sq. m.), with flagship projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shanghai. Its properties hold green building certifications and are leased by global companies and luxury brands. Its Hong Kong Central portfolio represents approximately 450,000 sq. m. of prime property. The Company further has approximately 165,000 sq. m. of prestigious office space in Singapore mainly held through joint ventures and five retail centers on the Chinese mainland, including a luxury retail center at Wangfujing in Beijing.
