Ise Chemicals Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the iodine and natural gas business and the metal compound business. It operates through two business segments. The Iodine and Natural Gas segment uses underground brine as its main raw material and produces iodine using the blowing-out method, as well as iodine compounds using iodine as a raw material. It also extracts and sells natural gas from underground brine, the main raw material for iodine. The Metal Compounds segment uses extractants to remove impurities and produces and sells metal compounds such as nickel chloride.
