Miguel Vacas is the most advanced prospect within the Borba 2 license. It also has an agreement to acquire up to 80% interest in a private Portuguese company, Indice Crucial Lda (Indice Crucial), that holds exploration rights on several past producing copper and gold projects, as well as other advanced gold exploration applications in Portugal. The Barrancos properties are located in south Central Portugal, near the Spanish border and cover an area of 74 square kilometers.
