About the company

Italmobiliare SpA is an Italy-based investment holding company engaged in investing in securities and/or minority and majority stakes of other companies for their own profits. The Firm operates through eight main segments, here listed according to their level of revenues generated in favor of the Company. Caffe' Borbone is the primary and dominant segment, it produces, markets, and retails its own branded coffees and teas products (both in capsules and in pods form) in addition to providing to its clients a selection of coffee machines and other accessories. The second segment is Italgen; it is focused in generating energy only from renewable sources, and by using Hydroelectric structures mainly based across the northern part of Italy. The third segment is Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella which is engaged in the preparation of perfumes and lotions. The remaining segments are: Casa della Salute, Clessidra, Italmobiliare, Capitelli, and Callmewine.
