Truworths International Ltd is an investment holding and management company. The Company operates through two segments: Truworths Africa and Office UK. The Truworths Africa segment comprises fashion clothing, accessories and footwear for ladies, men, teenagers and kids, and homeware in the mainstream middle to upper-income market. Its brands include Truworths, Truworths Man, Inwear, Identity, Daniel Hechter (licensed), and Ginger Mary. It has a retail footprint of approximately 777 stores across all brands in South Africa and over 33 stores in five other southern African countries. The Office UK segment is engaged in retailing of fashion footwears. Its brands include Nike, Adidas, Converse, Veja, New Balance, OnRunning, Dr Martens, Birkenstock, Havaianas, UGG, and Timberland. It has approximately 87 stores in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, including 11 concession outlets in department stores. The Company's subsidiaries include Truworths Ltd and Office Holdings Ltd.
