About the company

Matsa Resources Limited is an exploration and gold mining company operating south of Laverton in the northeastern goldfields of Western Australia. The Company’s exploration activities are focused on its flagship Lake Carey Gold Project and has landholding in Thailand for lithium and base metals. The Company holds a ground position of about 449 square kilometers at Lake Carey within the Laverton tectonic zone, located in Western Australia. The Lake Carey Gold Project includes three gold mines that are in care and maintenance, including the underground Red October gold mine and open pit Fortitude and Devon gold pits. Its key exploration focus at Lake Carey is centered on defining a new resource at the Fortitude North prospect, located about six kilometers (km) to the north and along the strike of the Fortitude Gold Mine. It also has a number of developing lithium and copper assets in Thailand with approximately 1,700 square kilometers.
