About the company

EQTEC plc is an Ireland-based thermochemical conversion technology company. The Company specializes in the clean conversion of waste into sustainable energy and fuels, such as hydrogen, biofuels, renewable natural gas, electrical power, and thermal energy. Its gasification platform converts a range of waste into synthesis gas (syngas), which is a low-carbon intermediate fuel. It delivers proprietary syngas technology and engineering services to its clients. The Company designs, develops and supplies technology to syngas production plants in Europe and the United States of America, with equipment that is modular and scalable from over 1 megawatt (MW) to 30MW. Its solutions convert approximately 60 types of feedstocks, including biomass waste, industrial waste and municipal solid waste, with no hazardous or toxic emissions. It operates through the Technology Sales segment, which is engaged in the sale of gasification technology and associated engineering and design services.
