About the company

KGL Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration and development company. It is focused on developing and constructing the high-grade Jervois Copper Project mine in the Northern Territory, Australia. The Jervois Copper Project is located on existing mineral leases and benefits from road access to Darwin and Alice Springs by the Stuart and Plenty Highways, being 380km by road, east-north-east of Alice Springs. The Company also holds two exploration licenses at Yambah, 60km north and northeast of Alice Springs, because of the similarity of the style and age of the mineralization to Jervois, which is 150km to the east. The Yambah project is located in the Aileron Geological Province of the Arunta Region, part of the North Australian Craton. The Company also holds the Unca Creek tenement, which is adjacent to the Jervois Copper Project and Mount Cornish tenement which is located 20 km south of Jervois Project within the East Arunta Orogenic Domain.
