The project is a 114 square kilometer claim block in West Kootenay region of southeastern British Columbia, Canada. A series of silver-rich veins in Slocan Series Quartzite Sediments are situated in Klondike's claim block. The claim block consists of multiple exploration target areas, including Jackson Basin, Payne, Sandon Camp, Silverton Creek, Cody Creek, and the Hewitt-Van Roi area. Klondike Silver is explored from underground, along the nine km Main Lode. The Main Lode is a prolific mineralized structure in the Slocan Mining Camp. There are 13 past producing mines, which are situated along the Main Lode, and have produced approximately 886,000 kilograms (kg) of silver, 95 million kg of zinc and 117 million kg of lead.
