Kyoei Steel Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in domestic steel business, overseas steel business and environmental recycling business. The Company has three business segments. The Domestic Steel segment manufactures and sells steel products mainly for domestic civil engineering and construction steel products. The products include deformed steel bars, flat steel and I-shaped steel. The Segment also trades and transports steel products. The Overseas Steel segment manufactures and sells steel products mainly for overseas civil engineering, construction and ore-crushing steel products. The products include deformed steel bars, threaded bars and wire rods. The Environmental Recycling segment operates intermediate and final treatment of medical and industrial waste and engages in the reclaimed stone business. The Company is also engaged in port business, foundry business, civil engineering material sales business and insurance agency business.
