The Industry Solutions segment combines the activities of the two business areas Electronics (semiconductor backend production, fan out panel level packaging and display technologies) and Industrial Automation (industrial assembly solutions for the manufacture of consumer electronics, power electronics and other components of the electrical powertrain). It develops machines and systems in the fields of wet chemistry, automation and laser process technology.
