The Company and its subsidiaries are principally involved in the live prawn aquaculture business. The Company operates through the prawn aquaculture and seafood processing segments. It owns approximately two prawn aquaculture farms: Wakuba Farm and Umas Farm. Wakuba Farm consists of approximately 102 shrimp ponds within a land area of over 97.9 hectares. Umas Farm comprises approximately 151 shrimp ponds and a prawn processing plant within a land area of over 120.5 hectares. The Company operates its businesses within the Malaysian market. Its subsidiaries include MAG Marine Food Sdn. Bhd. (MAG MF), Supreme Global Group Limited (SGGL), MAG Aquaculture Sdn. Bhd., and North Cube Sdn. Bhd. (NCSB). MAG MF and SGGL are engaged in investment holding, while MAG Aquaculture Sdn. Bhd. and NCSB are involved in prawn aquaculture.
