Majestic Gold Corp. is a Canada-based junior gold producer. It is engaged in commercial gold production at the Songjiagou Gold Mine. Its main business involves the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. Its Songjiagou Open-Pit Mine is located at Muping-Rushan gold belt in the Shandong Province, China. Specifically, it is located in the eastern part of Jiaobei Terrane and the northeast margin of the Jiaolai Basin on the Shandong Peninsula and is approximately 50 km south of downtown Yantai city. Its Muping Gold Project, operated by Yantai City Mujin Mining Company Limited (Yantai Mujin), is located in Yantai City, Shandong Province. The main assets operated by Yantai Mujin include Denggezhuang Underground Gold Mine (DGZ Mine), Houzhuang-Heiniutai Underground Gold Mine (HH Mine), Chahe Underground Gold Mine (CH Mine) and the Denggezhuang Processing Plant. The DGZ Processing Plant is located next to the DGZ Mine to process ore from these three mines.
