The Fund owns land with approximately 20 units of two-storied private houses of Raintree Residence Project located in the Pakkret district, Nonthaburi province and land with 20 units of two-storied private houses of Sunshine Place Project located in the Nichada Thani Project, Amphur Pakkred, Nonthaburi. MFC Asset Management Public Company serves as the Fund’s manager and registrar. Kasikorn Bank Plc. serves as the trustee of the Fund’s assets.
