The Changkeng Gold Project is adjoined to the Fuwan Silver Project. The Company has a 51% interest in the Changkeng Project through its subsidiary Mingzhong Mining Co. Ltd., a joint venture established with three Chinese partners. Its subsidiaries include Minco Investment Holding HK Ltd., Minco Resource Limited, Minco Mining (China) Co. Ltd., and Tibet Minco Mining Co. Ltd.
