Orvana Minerals Corp. is a multi-mine gold-copper-silver company. Its assets consist of the producing El Valle and Carles gold-copper-silver mines in northern Spain, the Don Mario gold-silver property in Bolivia, and the Taguas property located in Argentina. El Valle Boinas and Carles mines and the El Valle processing plant (collectively, El Valle) are located in Asturias, Northern Spain. El Valle is held and managed by its subsidiary Orovalle Minerals, S.L. (Orovalle), that, in addition to El Valle, owns certain mineral rights located in the region of Asturias. Orovalle has a regional exploration footprint of approximately 40,650 hectares. Don Mario Operation, located in San Jose de Chiquitos, Southeastern Bolivia, is held and managed by its subsidiary Empresa Minera Paititi, S.A. Taguas Property (Taguas) is located on the eastern flank of the Andes Mountain range in the Province of San Juan in northern Argentina. Taguas is held and managed by its subsidiary Orvana Argentina, S.A.
