Owens Corning is a provider of building and construction materials. The Company’s four integrated businesses include Roofing, Insulation, Doors, and Composites. Its Roofing business manufactures and sells residential roofing shingles, oxidized asphalt materials, and roofing components used in residential and commercial construction and specialty applications. Its Insulation business manufactures and sells thermal and acoustical batts, loosefill insulation, spray foam insulation, foam sheathing and accessories. Its Door business provides interior and exterior doors and door systems for the new construction and repair, renovation and remodeling sectors of the residential and non-residential building construction markets. Its Composites business manufactures, fabricates and sells glass reinforcements in the form of fiber. Its glass reinforcement materials are also used by the Composites business to manufacture and sell applications in the form of non-wovens, fabrics and composite lumber.
