It operates through three business segments. The Sensing Solutions (SS) segment develops, manufactures, and sells various sensors and related systems for security, automatic doors, and others. The Industrial Automation (IA) segment develops, manufactures, and sells photoelectric sensor-related equipment for factory automation, image processing LED lighting devices and control devices, and others. The Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) segment manufactures its own products and provides contract manufacturing services for electronic devices. It also engages in software development and the operation of outdoor activities and environmental experiential learning programs.
