About the company

Orca Energy Group Inc. is a Tanzania-based company. The Company is engaged in the production and sale of natural gas to the power and industrial sectors. The Company has a reportable industry segment which is international exploration, development and production of petroleum and natural gas. The Company, through its subsidiary PanAfrican Energy Tanzania Limited, operates the Songo Songo Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) as part of an integrated gas-to-power project in Tanzania. The PSA covers the production and marketing of natural gas from the Songo Songo gas field, located offshore Tanzania. The Company operates a natural gas field that spans an area of approximately 180 square kilometers, which contains the Songo Songo reservoir, situated on and slightly offshore of Songo Songo Island. The Company's other subsidiaries include Orca Exploration UK Services Limited and PAE PanAfrican Energy Corporation.
