The Semiconductor division focuses on sensor testing, power device as well as burn-in automation solutions. The Company’s tailormade products are based on standard systems or on special machines for assembly and testing of high-tech components for the semiconductor, automotive and electronics manufacturing industries. The Company has branches in Germany, China and the United States of America with global operations.
