About the company

Volt Resources Limited is an Australia-based minerals company. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of its wholly owned graphite and gold projects in Tanzania and Guinea, as well as its 70% interest in the Zavalievsky Graphite business in Ukraine. It holds two license applications that are considered prospective for lithium-borate mineralization. The license applications are located in Serbia and are west and south-west of the Serbian capital, Belgrade. The Bunyu Graphite Project is located near to critical infrastructure with sealed roads running through the project area and ready access to the deep-water port of Mtwara, over 140 kilometers from the Project. The Guinea Gold Projects comprise three projects in Guinea, West Africa having a total area of 348 square kilometers (km2), which are located in the prolific Siguiri Basin which forms part of the mineralized West African Birimian Gold Belt.
