The Company is engaged in the development and commercialization of its Comparative Vacuum Monitoring (CVM) sensor technology. Its sensors are designed to streamline identifying and/or monitoring cracks in metal structures and can be operated as an early warning system. The CVM technology offers a method for in-situ monitoring of crack initiation and/or propagation. CVM technology provides a measure of the differential pressure between alternating channels containing air at a partial vacuum pressure and channels containing air at atmospheric channels in a simple manifold. The Company operates predominantly in three industries, being structural health monitoring (CVM), avionics and contract manufacturing. The Company has operations in North America, Europe/ United Kingdom and others.
