About the company

Rainbow Rare Earths Limited is a Guernsey-based mining company. The Company’s principal activity is the development of a rare earth minerals project in South Africa and the opportunity to utilize the associated processing technology at other global rare earth opportunities, including but not limited to opportunities in Brazil. The Company operates two reportable segments: Phalaborwa, a gypsum stack re-treatment project for the recovery of rare earths in South Africa, and Gakara, a rare-earth project in Burundi. The Company’s projects include Phalaborwa, Uberaba, Gakara, and OCP Morocco. The Company’s subsidiaries are Rainbow International Resources Limited, Rainbow Burundi SPRL, Rainbow Mining Burundi SM, Rainbow Rare Earths Zimbabwe (Private) Limited, and Rainbow Rare Earths (Proprietary) Limited.
