Schlatter Industries AG, previously known as Schlatter Holding AG is a Switzerland-based manufacturer and supplier of welding technology, mechatronics and systems engineering. The Company is operational in two segments: welding and weaving. The welding segment, which is the Company's core segment, provides reinforcing and industrial mesh welding systems, mobile and stationary rail welding machines, as well as systems for manufacturing radiators. The weaving segment encompasses weaving and finishing machines for paper machine clothing under the brand name Jaeger, as well as machines for the production of wire fabrics, wire screens and sieves, as well as wire crimping. The Company operates through subsidiaries in various countries around the world, such as Switzerland, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Brazil, China, as well as in Malaysia, among others.
