The El Bosque property consists of 90 exploration concessions totaling 25,800 ha. The Santa Gracia property lies south of the Coba SW property in the same Chilean Coastal Lower Cretaceous IOCG and Copper-Gold Porphyry Belt that is also home to the Candelaria mine complex to the north. The property encompasses 11,500 ha located in the Santa Gracia district of Northern Chile.
