About the company

Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited is an India-based specialty chemical manufacturing company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of verity of chemicals include structure directing agents (SDAs), phase transfer catalysts (PTCs), electrolyte salts and solutions (ESS) for capacitor batteries, and pharmaceutical and agrochemical intermediates, and other specialty chemicals (PASC). The Company operates in single segment, namely Specialty chemical business. The Company operates two manufacturing facilities situated at Ankleshwar and Dahej in Bharuch, Gujarat, India. The Company is focused on serving various customers across various industries, including the automotive, refinery, pharmaceutical, agrochemicals, paints and coatings, dyes and pigments, personal care and flavors and fragrances industries. The Company’s subsidiaries are Tatva Chintan Europe B.V. and Tatva Chintan USA Inc.
