About the company

Tourmaline Oil Corp. is a Canadian senior oil and natural gas company. The Company is a natural gas producer focused on long-term growth through an active exploration, development, production and acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Its operations include Alberta Deep Basin, NEBC Montney Gas/Condensate and Peace River Triassic Oil. Its target exploration and production area are in that portion of the Alberta Deep Basin where the entire lower Cretaceous stratigraphic section is gas saturated with no mobile formation water. Its Montney EP program has been focused on the Groundbirch/Sunrise/Dawson area of the Peace River Arch, as well as the Gundy CK area. Its third core area is the Company’s exploration and production complex at Spirit River-Mulligan-Earring, Alberta. Its production in the complex is derived from oil and natural gas-charged reservoirs of the Triassic Charlie Lake and Montney formations, as well as the newly added Wapiti Cardium formation.
