About the company

T.U. Dome Residential Complex Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based close-ended property fund with no maturity date. The Fund’s objective is to use the proceeds from the sale of investment units to purchase or lease immovable property and/or property lease rights and acquire benefits from that property. For the primary investment, the fund is focused on investing in a student dormitory project and service apartment which are constructed on Thammasat University’s land (Rangsit Campus) by leasing from Thammasat University for 30 years. UOB Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited (Management Company) serves as the Fund’s manager and Fund registrar. TMBThanachart Bank Public Company Limited serves as the trustee for the Fund’s assets and Thammasat University and Thonglor Management Company Limited are the property management of project.
