It has an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Fliszar Lithium and Rose North Lithium properties, which consist of over 116 claims in Quebec. It also has an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Savant East project in Ontario comprised of 6 mining claims. It has staked certain claims (Rhyolite Peak) located in Nevada, United States. It also has an option agreement to acquire 100% of the Long Lake Property, comprised of 18 mining claims in Ontario.
