Moab Minerals Limited is an exploration and project development company. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of the REX Uranium-Vanadium Project located in the famed Uravan Mineral Belt of Colorado. The project is 60% owned by the Company and contains historic uranium mines including, Blackfoot/Rattlesnake, Wedge, Merry Widow, Sunbeam, and Vanadium King. The REX Uranium-Vanadium Project is located about 130 kilometers (km) east of the town of Moab. It holds an 11.02% interest in CAA Mining Limited, an exploration and development company focused on lithium and gold exploration in Ghana, Africa. It holds the Highline Copper-Cobalt Project in southern Nevada, as well as the Woodlands Projects in Western Australia. The Highline Copper-Cobalt Project is located within the Goodsprings Mining District, in the Clark County of Nevada, United States. The Woodlands Project is located about 875 km northeast of Perth. It also holds the Manyoni and Octavo uranium projects.
