About the company

Nations Royalty Corp is a royalty company focused on Indigenous-owned royalties on precious metals and other natural resources assets. The Company acquires and manages Indigenous Benefit Agreement payments (royalties) from a variety of precious metals and natural resource assets. By pooling these assets together into a single public company, it looks to create a diversified portfolio of high-quality royalty payments to unlock premium valuations. The Company’s operations are anchored in five annual benefit entitlements linked to specific resource properties in Canada: Brucejack Gold Mine, operated by Pretium Resources Inc., a subsidiary of Newmont Corporation; KSM Copper-Gold-Silver-Molybdenum deposit, under development by Seabridge Gold Inc.; Premier Gold Project, managed by Ascot Resources Ltd.; Red Mountain Gold Deposit, owned by Ascot Resources Ltd; and Kitsault Molybdenum Deposit, a permitted brownfield site advanced by New Moly LLC, majority-owned by Resource Capital Fund VI L.P.
